The EyeClops Night Vision toy is more than just a toy, it is an educational experience. That’s why I bought one for my son, Alexander. He can use it to play all sorts of games with his friends but he can also learn from it. When I read an EyeClops Night Vision review that talked about the infra-red technology that was used to develop this toy being the same expertise used in professional and military night vision goggles, I decided this toy was worth the price.
Alex has enjoyed discovering different kinds of nighttime activities in our backyard. He can see ants crawling in the grass where he wouldn’t have noticed movement before, and he can trace their virtual “assembly line” of activities as they scurry about their ant duties. EyeClops Night Vision can give a child a whole new perspective by being able to view objects and activities that can go unseen without the aid of night vision.
EyeClops Night Vision goggles are said to provide a pretty authentic version of what professionals see from a much more expensive set of goggles. EyeClops Night Vision provides pretty clear visibility up to 50 feet away. The viewfinder focuses in single vision through the right eye. The left eye piece lifts up for normal vision to help when maneuvering over different types of terrain so your child, hopefully, won’t fall while concentrating and focusing on an object in the distance.
You will need 5 “AA” batteries to operate EyeClops Night Vision and some reviewers have suggested Lithium batteries for a longer battery life expectancy. This toy is recommended for ages 6 years and up. Alexander is 8 years old and he has a great time with this gadget. Like most children, he also plays detective and comes up with plots and story lines of objects he is searching for.
