I bought an EyeClops Night Vision set of goggles for my son, Ronnie, and he loves them. He says they are great for “spying” on his little brother, Ben. I told him that was not really their main purpose – that this pair of night vision “glasses” was to be able to see at night, to look outside and discover how things show up differently at night. Lots of small and different creatures roam at night and I told Ronnie I was sure scientific discoveries were waiting to be made.
I encouraged Ronnie to look for other useful objects to study besides his brother, and I think he is going to take my “suggestion.” When I read an EyeClops Night Vision review, it spoke highly of the “authentic night vision experience” that both young and “old” kids alike could enjoy from this toy. EyeClops Night Vision utilizes the same kind of infra-red technology as professional night vision goggles so it gives you a fairly accurate idea of what the technology can do.
EyeClops Night Vision provides a different perspective on a kid’s surrounding environment and I know Ronnie loves using them and discovering all sorts of new purposes for them. The goggles provide Ronnie with clear visibility of objects up to 50 feet away. There is a microscope that sits on top of the goggles that allows objects to be shown even closer. An LED light on the side of the goggles, when activated, shines a brighter light that enables a farther viewing distance.
Ronnie enjoys looking at everything from a darkened perspective through his EyeClops Night Vision goggles. I would recommend this toy for educational reasons as well as entertainment purposes. The technology of night vision can stimulate a child’s curiosity and grow his/her desire for learning. EyeClops Night Vision is recommended for ages 6 years and up.
