I used night vision when I was in the U.S. Army and I thought, no way was this EyeClops Night Vision goggles going to come close. But, by gosh, they didn’t do too bad. Using the same infra-red technology they use in professional versions, you can see with pretty good clarity up to 50 feet away from you with EyeClops Night Vision goggles.
I read some EyeClops Night Vision reviews that talked about the technology in a way that made sense to me, so I decided to buy my son, Grant, a set. When Grant had the batteries put in and we had the straps and bands adjusted to fit his head, we went out that first night and explored the farm a bit. I kept trying different things to see if Grant could actually see me, and how well he could see me, and he passed every test. I walked about 50 paces and did one of those, “How many fingers am I holding up, Grant?” And he told me. I was pretty impressed.
I think to count my fingers, he may have used that additional LED light you can turn on from the knob on the side of the EyeClops Night Vision goggles because it’s supposed to let you see a little farther. There’s also a microscope mounted on top of the EyeClops Night Vision that can bring objects up closer.
Well, after that, we just kept going around the house looking outside to see what all Grant could find. He found several different little animals critters; some we couldn’t tell for sure what they were because they slithered away so fast when we moved toward them, but, Grant saw them – and I heard them when they moved. EyeClops Night Vision goggles can also be an excellent educational tool as you learn about various nighttime activities that go on in the natural world.
